Quick Summary

By using Kafal Cabs, you agree to follow our safety rules, pay the shown fares, and treat drivers with respect. We provide a platform to connect you with verified drivers across India.

1. User Accounts

To use Kafal Cabs, you must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Providing accurate and up-to-date phone and payment information.
All activities that occur under your account.

2. Services & Booking

Kafal Cabs acts as an intermediary platform. While we verify all drivers in our network, the contract for the successful completion of the ride is between you and the Driver.

Outstation & Long Distance Policy:

Bookings for long-distance routes may be subject to weather conditions, traffic advisories, and government-mandated travel permits in certain regions.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Fares

Fares include base fare, distance-based charges, and applicable taxes. Tolls and parking fees are extra unless specified.

Cancellations

A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel a ride after a driver has been assigned and has traveled a significant distance.

4. User Conduct & Safety

Safety is a two-way street. By using our service, you agree NOT to:

Damage the vehicle Carry illegal substances Smoke inside the cab Abuse or harass the driver

5. Limitation of Liability

Kafal Cabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, personal injury, or property damage related to, or in connection with, any use of the services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
